Welcome to our February update! This month has been a beautiful reminder of why we started this journey. From fresh faces to big conversations, there’s a lot bubbling up at The Puddle this month.

Upcoming Events

  • Taking our seat at the table: On Tuesday 10th March, The Puddle is heading to the Warrington Youth Zone for the “Working Together Conference.” We’re proud to represent our community and join the conversation on how we can all better nurture the potential in every young person

Can Do Crew

The Can-Do Crew have been continuing their brilliant efforts to help the environment, keep the local community clean, reduce waste and support their mini enterprise while making money.

  • More hands to help, more hearts to hear: We’ve officially welcomed Jess, Tara, and Zara to the team. They’ve dived straight into life at the Puddle and we couldn’t be happier to have them on board.
  • Cue the celebrations: From the first break to the final black, our in-house pool tournament turned the Drunken Duck into a stadium of support and skill.
  • Steps, Strikes, and Smiles: Our crew took to the streets for a sunny walk to Tenpin, reclaiming the day and mastering the lanes.
  • Fresh carpet underfoot and warmth in the air—the newly refurbished Lily Pad is officially ready to host the next chapter of our journey.
  • Tiny paws, big hearts: We’ve officially expanded the Puddle family! Our new guinea pigs have arrived, offering our community fresh opportunities to practice the quiet art of care and companionship.
  • Forging the future: Last week, the Can-Do Crew sat down with the team at EMR UK Metal Recycling to pitch our vision for the year ahead. It was a powerful moment of seeing potential where others see “waste,” as we presented our goals for a partnership built on sustainability, growth, and community impact.
