Adult Support and Community Liaison Worker
About the Role

As a Support Worker in our Adult Services team, you will be part of a warm, fun, slightly chaotic (in the best way), and incredibly rewarding environment. We’re looking for someone who believes every individual deserves independence, opportunities, laughter, and meaningful experiences.
No two days will ever be the same — and that’s what makes it so special.
What You’ll Be Doing (and loving!)
- Supporting adults with SEND to build confidence, independence and life skills
- Getting involved in activities
- Helping to plan and run sessions that are fun, creative, and tailored to our incredible young adults
- Being a listening ear, a friendly face, and part of our supportive team
- Encouraging individuals to explore new experiences
- Working closely with families, staff and volunteers
- Contributing to a safe, positive and inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and positive attitude
- Willingness to get stuck in
- Reliability – Our adults rely on routine and consistency
- Great communication skills
- A sense of humour (non-negotiable at The Puddle!)
- Experience in SEND is great, but passion, commitment, motivation and kindness are even better
